A palestra foi apresentada pelo Secret\u00e1rio de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa Civil de Silva Jardim, Marcelo Soares, com os temas: Sistema Nacional de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa Civil e Conceitos B\u00e1sicos de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa Civil. Tamb\u00e9m foi apresentado aos alunos o aplicativo CEM, e o 40199 SMS, pelo Subcoordenador, Renan Crespo.
